Description
Core Skills Hockey is thrilled to offer an exciting spring hockey experience for 2026! This program focuses on developing key skills, enhancing hockey IQ, and providing a fun and challenging environment for players from the 8U to 18U levels! Led by expert coaches, our program will include on-ice training sessions, as well as optional participation in both in-state and select out-of-state tournaments.

On-Ice Session Details
Skills Sessions
Our skills sessions are our most developmentally focused sessions. They use a curriculum built by our top coaches, focusing on developing the core skills required for on-ice success.
Skills and Scrimmage
These Skills and Scrimmage sessions offer the best of both worlds: high-intensity skill development combined with in-game application. These sessions are typically divided into 40% skill work and 60% scrimmage.
Scrimmage Sessions
At Core Skills Hockey, we believe in creating situations where our players can put their developing skills to use. These scrimmages consist of either full-ice five-on-five games or small-area games, allowing players to connect their on-ice skill work with in-game scenarios and maximize their development potential throughout the off-season. These sessions also provide an opportunity for our coaches to give in-game feedback tailored specifically to each player's needs.
Goalie Sessions
Our goalie sessions offer a unique opportunity for goalies to focus exclusively on their craft for 60 minutes. Led by our resident goalie expert, Vladimir Mislovic, goalies of all ages receive instruction tailored to their individual needs. We offer a well-balanced approach encompassing athleticism, tactics, technique, and fun to help your goalie develop the core skills they need to succeed.

For the upcoming Spring 2026 season, all players will move into their 2026-27 birth year classifications. Please register your player according to their birth year below:
8U (Mites): 2018 & 2019 birth years
10U (Squirt): 2016 & 2017 birth years
12U (Peewee): 2014 & 2015 birth years
14U (Bantam): 2012 & 2013 birth years
16U (Midget Minor): 2010 & 2011 birth years
18U (Midget Major): 2008 & 2009 birth years

Goalie Sessions
Fridays @ 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (4 sessions total – held on non-tournament Fridays)
Full-Time Spring Goalies: $70
Non-Spring Goalie: $140 (only if spots are available)
CSH Double-Sided Jersey (included)
A required double-sided Core Skills Hockey (CSH) jersey is included in your program fee.
Already own a jersey?
If your player already owns this specific jersey and it still fits, you may opt out of a new one to receive a $50 discount on your Spring Season fee.
How to Opt Out:
During the Jersey Size selection, select the "N/A (I already own CSH double-sided jersey...)" option from the dropdown menu.
Note: Please verify that your current jersey still fits before choosing this option. We cannot guarantee extra inventory for size swaps later.
Payment Options
Pay in Full: Your payment will be processed in full immediately following group selections.
Payment Plan: Your plan will be initiated immediately following group selections. The total amount is split into four roughly equal payments (an initial deposit + three monthly installments).
- Note: To partially offset transaction costs, a $1 processing fee will be added to each of the four installments.
