Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Spring Season
All sales are final. Once registration is completed, it cannot be canceled. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for purchases or missed sessions, regardless of the circumstances. Credits will only be granted in the event that the rink is non-operational for the scheduled session. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.
Checking Clinics
All sales are final. Once registration is completed, it cannot be canceled. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for purchases or missed sessions, regardless of the circumstances. Credits will only be granted in the event that the rink is non-operational for the scheduled session. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in its entirety.
